Stage 1 · PIK Padel, Hampshire

Beginners & improvers

Most players learn padel from whoever happens to be free at the club. Here you start with a nine-time world number one. The biggest possible way to begin.

At the top of the game

Born in Málaga, Carolina picked up a racket in her teens and never looked back.

She brings more than a record: a methodology built across three decades at the top. Everything she teaches, she played at the highest level, under pressure.

Off the court, a Sport Science degree and Palas Para Todos, using padel for the social integration of people with disabilities.

Humble Resilient Precise

When Carolina watches your game, she sees what's costing you points, and how to fix it.

Meet Carolina

"Most players lose points before the ball is even hit. Padel is decided in the split second before the shot — in reading, positioning, deciding. That's what we train."

— Carolina Navarro

What direct access actually means

  • Two hours of direct training with Carolina, every day. She runs court 1 herself, every block.
  • Four players per court. Always. Groups of four rotating in one-hour blocks, so you are never queuing behind anyone.
  • Tactics & strategy, every day. A guided on-court session on positioning and game plan, the part beginners almost never get.
  • Specialist stations off court. Physio and injury prevention, the mental game, and the history and styles of padel.
  • Dinner with Carolina, included. One night of the camp, at the table with her. The only meal in the price.
The Programme · Day by day

A day at Stage 1.

Both stages run on the same idea: while some groups are on court, the others are with the specialists (physio, mental game and padel history), so nobody waits idle. What changes is the mix. Stage 1 is lighter on court and richer in learning.

Is this for you?

Court hours don't build your level.
Structure does.

Whether you're learning the patterns for the first time or stuck at a ceiling you can't break, the cause is the same: nobody has ever shown you the reasoning behind the ball. Sporadic lessons and constant matches don't fix that. They consolidate it.

That's why there are two camps, not one. Carolina Navarro takes beginners and improvers and builds the foundation properly, before the habits set. Miguel Sciorilli takes advanced players and rebuilds how they decide under pressure. Three days, built around your level.
Why It Hasn't Worked

More court time isn't the answer.
The right structure is.

Whatever your level, the jump comes from the same place, and it's the part almost nobody trains.

×

Your coach learned padel after tennis. You're inheriting his corrections, not fixing yours.

×

Hampshire gives you courts. It doesn't give you a method.

×

Sporadic lessons and constant matches is exactly how a plateau is built, at any level.

×

Nobody has ever watched you play and told you what is actually costing you points.

×

The players beating you hit hard from anywhere. Power isn't the answer. Position is.

Court hours without a plan don't build your level. They consolidate your errors.

The Mechanism

Pro players decide earlier.
That's the whole difference.

Both stages train the same thing: the reasoning behind every ball. Court position, point construction and shot selection under real pressure.

Carolina Navarro on court
01

Find what's actually wrong

On day one, your legend identifies the pattern holding your game back. It's rarely what your regular coach has been telling you.

02

Rewire how you see the point

The mental frames Carolina and Miguel use at elite level, taught first-hand and adapted to your game.

03

Train it under real pressure

Real points, corrected in real time by your legend, until the new decisions become automatic.

04

Leave knowing what to fix

Not a folder of notes. A clear idea of what to work on, in what order, once you're back at your club.

10/10 Padel Camp Experience! Highly Recommend

"I had the pleasure of joining a padel camp organized by Padel Pro Camp. The training and the schedule was a success, well structured, fun, and very professional. The staff were very helpful and cooperative — it felt like playing with friends rather than just attending a camp. Can't wait to come back."

"One of the highlights was a competitive game session where the coaches provided live insights during play, helping me apply the techniques directly in match situations. Everything about the experience reflected professionalism and genuine passion for the sport."

The Format
4
Players Per Court. Always.

Groups of four, classified by level, so you always train with players at your own standard. In Stage 2 the groups are classified by Miguel himself. Spots are limited in both stages, and while some groups are on court the rest are at the specialist stations, so nobody waits idle.

Three Days, Built Around You

The work you've put in is real. What turns it into a level jump is structure. Carolina reached the top; Miguel spent twenty years taking players there. Two stages, three days each, both built on the same thing: how you decide, under pressure. You leave with your shots rebuilt and the reasoning behind every one.

Questions

Before you book.

Is my level high enough?
There is a stage for your level. That's the whole point of running two. Stage 1 with Carolina is built for beginners and improvers, including players who have never had proper coaching, and there is no assessment to get in. Stage 2 with Miguel is for advanced players only, and every place there is confirmed by a video assessment of your game before you book. Inside each stage we classify by level on day one and split into groups of four, so you always train with players at your exact level.
Which stage should I pick?
Your level decides it. Stage 1 with Carolina Navarro is for beginners and improvers: lighter on court, heavier on learning, with a daily tactics session and the specialist stations. Stage 2 with Miguel Sciorilli is for advanced players only, and gets a video assessment before your place is confirmed. Ninety-minute blocks, speed individual training sessions and an exhibition match with expert evaluation, plus optional one-to-ones. If you're between the two, we'll place you on the call.
Can I do both?
They're four days apart. Stage 1 ends September 27 and Stage 2 starts October 1, so logistically yes. But they're built for different levels, so it only makes sense in a few cases. Ask us on the call and we'll tell you straight.
Why is this different from other clinics?
Four players per court, all day, every day, not a queue waiting for a turn. The hours off court are programmed too: physio, mental game and padel history, instead of sitting on a bench. And the person running court 1 is Carolina or Miguel, personally, not an assistant with their name on the poster.
What if I can't attend?
